Shinfield

For those not wanting to live in the City Centre, Shinfield is the place to be.  Lying to the South of Reading with easy access to the M4. Shinfield is a village with all amenities and yet surrounded by the beautiful Wellington Country Park.  For eating and drinking Shinfield boasts the excellent Black Boy pub and the outstanding L'Ortolan, Reading’s only Michelin starred restaurant.  For sports fans, the Majedski stadium is close by and home to Championship Clubs Reading FC and London Irish Rugby Union.
