If you'd like to meet the existing housemates in person or via Skype, we can arrange it
If you're happy and we're happy, let's move forward!
Pay a £100 holding deposit which will be put toward your security deposit
We'll need some basic information, references and photo ID to complete our tenanting process
When we have completed our checks, final arrangements can be made for you to move in
Pay the initial rent and the balance of your security deposit, which we will then place with the Deposit Protection Service for the duration of your stay or opt for our no deposit option with Reposit
Welcome to your new home!
We have partnered with a company called Reposit who offer a no deposit option. Instead of paying up to a 5-week security deposit, you can choose to use Reposit and pay a 1-week one-off service fee. You can use the money you save to spend on something you actually want! Please note you would still be still liable for any end of tenancy charges.
Relocating to the area from the UK or internationally? You can complete the entire process remotely via our concierge service
