"Moving during lockdown had never been my plan, and even when restrictions started to ease it still didn't seem like it was going to be possible...or even if it was it was going to be stressful!
My experience with Snug throughout the whole process was the total opposite to what I'd imagined it would be. Quick to respond to my enquiry, organised the viewings swiftly and I had no qualms about how Covid secure the whole process was. I chose to view the houses and rooms I was interested in, but it was made very clear that if I wasn't comfortable with that we could have done them virtually - including being able to meet the housemates!
Within a week of accepting the room that was right for me Snug had completed all the necessary paperwork and we were ready to go! Again all this was done online so absolutely no need for anyone to be worrying about bubbles and the like. Checking in to the house was something again I chose to do face to face as I felt really comfortable with the measures Snug have taken to remain safe, but I appreciated their offer of a contact less check in.
I definitely feel I've made the right decision going with Snug, having not rented before and then choosing to do so whilst mid-pandemic they've made my experience a very positive one!"
